A Brief Note

Some of you know that I have chronic migraines so my head misbehaves quite often though with powerful medication I've got good control & the number of days with migraines down to single figures each month. During the last couple of weeks I've spent more time in bed than I like to as the migraines have been daily & sometimes not very responsive to medication. This is not anything to worry about as it does happen periodically & I have to restabilize through altering medication but I wanted to explain my lack of blogging & entering challenges. Disorientation through movement becomes a problem & sometimes it is just safer to plonk me in bed with the laptop or something that can be done with the minimum of movement.

I'm trying to keep up with the preparatory work for moving my blog & also working on making a ProMarker/Copics equivalent chart.

Take care Paula. Do whatever is necessary to minimize these debilitating migraines. They sound horrendous. Do not apologise for doing what is best for you and your health.

Rest, sleep and take it easy and hope you can get the right medication sorted out for you,

Hugs Judy xx

I hope things are improving - migrainewise (is that a word?? You will need to be fit for the Colouring 101. I read some of your earlier posts and see you like Marmite - so do I. I saw in today's paper about a couple who met at uni over Marmite sandwiches and actually had a Marmite themed wedding complete with a Marmite and chocolate cake which is pictured as half brown and half white - I assume they had white chocolate. I like both Marmite and chocolate but not necessarily together!! Maybe 'see' you at the chat tonight??

Oh no! so sorry to hear you're so unwell at the moment Paula - my Mum used to suffer terribly with migraines too. Hope you feel better soon. thank you so much for your lovely comments on my blog and your especially lovely email - I hope you got my reply as my email account is playing up at the moment and not all my emails reach their destinations, hugs, Jane xxx

Hi Paula, sounds rather rotten for you at the moment with all the migraines have you tried feverfew (a herb that you chew) a friend of mine swears by it.

Have really enjoyed looking through your explorations of colour and alcohol pens. If it is any help I use Personal Impressions Premium white cardstock to colour and blend my copics.

Thanks for introducing yourself on Penny Circle over at flickr, hope that you are well enough to post some projects soon.
