White on White Winter Wonderland Alphatag

I decided to make my "W" Baroque Guild Alphatag a white on white seasonal one using an old snowflake mandala stamp from the time when Glenda's company was known as Elusive Images. In the back of my mind I thought I also had a Chocolate Baroque themeplate including the words "winter wonderland." I was particularly pleased when I found it (a retired set aptly named "Winter Wonderland") for it also has a variety of snowflakes which proved perfect for my background wet embossing.

on parchment paper & snowflake background
close-up of lower section showing glittered
snowflake layers & wet embossed background

mandala & shine of wet embossed background

theme panel plus wet embossed background stamping

Recipe
Stamps Elusive Images UDLCW0028 Jolly Holly Snowflake (snowflake mandala); Chocolate Baroque UA6SP0267 Winter Wonderland (words & background on front) & UDLSP0121 Holly Ivy Mix (snowflakes on back).
Inks Emboss Tinted Stamp Pad with Stampendous Detail White Embossing Powder (snowflake mandala, wording, front & back background stamping); Brilliance Moonlight White (inking various cardstock edges).
Pens/Markers etc... VersaMarker Watermark Pen, White Pentel K118 Hybrid Gel Grip Pen, Signo uni-ball silver gel pen.

This is such a delicate tag Paual, I love white on white and this is perfectly executed. The cutting out of your snowflake is very impressive! I must admit my heart sank when I saw the title of your post as I had chosen the Winter Wonderland theme too, but have not yet started my tag! Still my idea is quite different to yours so I shall plough on! Elaine x

Positively Perfect Paula!
I adore white on white cards and tags, and it certainly is correct when people call them 'wow' as they really do have the WOW factor!
The cut snowflake and layering is fabulous, with the wet embossed background tying it together perfectly.
Totally beautiful Paula, a very striking piece of creativity.

Big hugs

Gorgeous tag Paula!
Love the idea of a complete "white-out" ;-)
every detail is enhanced that way!

This looks so delicate Paula, the white embossing is so soft yet still offers texture to set off the beautiful large snowflake.

I have to confess that white on white always terrifies me but you prove how beautiful it can look.

More interesting alliteration and a beautiful effect with the white on white. The cutting out of the snowflake must have taken ages and is so precise as always. Gorgeous tag.

Keeping in theme with "W"....WOW! The elegance of the white on white is magnified with the dry embossing, wet embossing and die cut layers. Superb Paula!

Gorgeous wet embossing - Im going to have to remember that for my next WoW creation, as I get pretty stuck with dry embossing panels as they are never big enough :)
